Procedure followed in decision-making process
   
Application/ representation is received by the Diary-dispatch Clerk and is put up to the Administrative Officer/ Accounts Officer. The concerned Officer examines it and puts it up to Welfare Commissioner. If a decision is to be taken by the Welfare Commissioner, he decides the matter and if the decision is to be taken by the Board, the matter is placed before the Board. Once the decision taken, is communicated to the person concerned.
